AI Inbox Data Use & Deletion

A plain-language guide to the mailbox information AI Inbox needs, the actions it performs and how you can remove a connected account and its synchronized data.

Effective and last updated: August 21, 2026

What the Google connection requests

AI Inbox uses Google OAuth. Google—not LordXTech—asks you to sign in and shows the permission before access is granted. AI Inbox requests basic identity details and Gmail modify access so the features below can work. LordXTech never receives your Google password.

What is stored

For each account, AI Inbox stores the account identity, encrypted OAuth credentials, message and thread identifiers, sender and recipient context, subject, snippet, plain-text body, Gmail labels, attachment-presence metadata, received time, classifications, priority scores and follow-up information. The synchronization process does not store attachment file contents. When you choose to view or download a Gmail attachment, AI Inbox fetches that file from Gmail on demand through an authenticated, non-cached response.

OAuth credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before database storage. Session cookies are secure and HTTP-only, and only a hash of each active session token is stored. Mailbox tables are accessed by server-side services and are not directly exposed to browser database roles.

When AI receives message content

The standard inbox view uses stored rules-based summaries and classifications. Message content is sent through the configured AI gateway only when you click an AI action such as “Refresh with AI” or “Create editable AI draft.” Supported AI requests are configured to disallow prompt training. A reply is never sent automatically; you must review and confirm it.

Sharing and Limited Use

LordXTech uses connected mailbox data only to provide and improve the user-facing features you request. It is not sold, used for advertising, or used for creditworthiness or lending decisions. Limited transfers may occur to infrastructure, database, security and AI-processing providers that operate the requested feature, or where required by law. Human access is restricted to the circumstances described in the Privacy Policy.

LordXTech's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Connect more than one Gmail account

You may connect multiple Gmail accounts to one AI Inbox workspace. Google requires a separate authorization choice for each Google account. After one account returns to AI Inbox, select “Add another Gmail” and choose the next account. Each mailbox remains separately identifiable and removable.

Disconnect and delete a mailbox

  1. Open AI Inbox and sign in.
  2. Find the mailbox under “Connected accounts.”
  3. Select “Disconnect” and confirm permanent deletion.

AI Inbox then attempts to revoke the provider grant and deletes the account's stored credentials and synchronized message records. For Google accounts, you may also revoke LordXTech access from your Google Account connections. Revoking at Google stops future API access; use AI Inbox Disconnect or contact support to request deletion of already synchronized data.

Account-level requests and support

To request access, correction or deletion that you cannot complete in the product, email support@lordxtech.com from the account associated with your workspace. LordXTech may need to verify the request before acting.
